Lived on Meadow Lake Dr SE (near Memorial Drive)
Last seen on July 21, 1979, supposedly at the same ‘pot party’ with Edward ‘Teddy’ Hope Smith.
His body was found on July 28, 1979, in a wooded area off of Niskey Lake Road in SW Atlanta, by a woman looking for cans. Edward “Teddy” Hope Smith’s body was found in the same location.
A man told police that he had given Evans a ride to a bus stop on Glenwood.
