Lived on Pryor Circle near Lakewood Parkway.
Last seen, in October, 1980, at home watching TV and drawing, when he decided to go visit his cousin at Carver Homes.
His body was found near Washington Road. A witness told authorities that he saw Stephens playing on his skateboard near a dumpster in front of his home. He said that he saw a man near this location who would not respond to him. He said he saw this same man near Stephens home the evening Stephens’ body was discovered.
Two caucasian head hairs were found on Stephens’ body. Two pubic hairs were also found on his body. Neither hairs belonged to Stephens’ nor Wayne Williams.
