Lived in an apartment on Hunnicutt Street in NW Atlanta.
Worked in a grocery store near Techwood; also worked at Courtney’s Games and Things, owned by Willie Joe Terrell.
Last seen in March, 1981. At 2pm, he was seen getting on MARTA. At 7pm, a work associate saw Duncan walking towards his apartment. Duncan’s brother said that he was going to help someone move to South Carolina. However, a neighbor told police that Duncan told him that he was going to make $200 to help someone paint. This was around 10pm.
Another witness claimed to have seen Duncan get into the car with a light skinned man at Techwood Drive and North Avenue.
His body was found by more canoeists on the Chattahoochee River. His body was found near Timothy Hill’s body, but on the Douglas County side of the river. He only had on boxers.
Cause of death was undetermined.
Duncan knew Timothy Hill and Patrick “Pat Man” Rogers.
