Last seen in March, 1981, playing basketball with a friend at Agnes Jones School, the same school LaTonya Wilson attended. A witness claims to have seen Bell at the same house on Gray Street where Timothy Hill was seen. The house on Gray Street was owned by pedophile, Thomas “Uncle Tom” Terrell.
Bell’s body was found by two bikers on the Rockdale County / DeKalb County line near the South River, not far from where Curtis Walker was found. He was only wearing his underwear. Cause of death was asphyxiation.
