Lived on Brown’s Mill Road
Last seen in July, 1980, near the swimming pool at South Bend Park near Lakewood Fairgrounds. He had gone swimming at the pool and got in trouble for running around the pool. He sat on a bench by the pool for awhile, then disappeared. A witness claims to have seen him standing near Jonesboro Road, crying. Other claims suggested that Terrell stopped by a house near the pool asking for a boy who lived there, but the boy wasn’t there.
His body was found near Redwine Road near the locations of the discovered bodies of Milton Harvey and Christopher Richardson.
After Terrell went missing, the next door neighbor of Terrell’s home received a phone call from a white man stating that he had Terrell. He called back one other time, then the calls stopped.
Across from the South Bend Park swimming pool was a house occupied by John David Wilcoxen. It was determined later that Wilcoxen was operating a child pornography ring out of home when authorities discovered over 2,000 pictures of naked boys.
Another 15 year boy testified that Terrell and Lubie Geter would have sex with the men in this house in exchange for money.
